Installation

1. Measure and Plan

Confirm the required channel length, mounting position, cable route, and LED strip width before installation. The LED strip should fit within the approximately 12mm inner width of the channel.

2. Mark the Mounting Position

Position the 510-B channel along the intended cabinet, shelf, furniture, wall, or display surface and mark the mounting clip locations.

3. Secure the Mounting Clips

Install the mounting clips using the supplied screws and expansion plugs where appropriate for the mounting surface. Approximately two mounting clips, screws, and expansion plugs are supplied for each meter of channel.

4. Install the Aluminum Channel

Press the Silver 510-B aluminum profile securely into the mounting clips and confirm that the channel is straight and firmly positioned.

5. Install the LED Strip

Clean the inside surface of the channel before applying the LED strip. Position the strip evenly inside the profile to maintain a clean and consistent linear lighting layout.

6. Install the Cover and End Caps

Fit the milky white cover onto the channel. Install the closed end cap on one end and use the end cap with the wire opening where the LED strip cable exits the profile.
