Package Note: Each aluminum channel includes one pair of end caps: one end cap with a wire opening and one closed end cap. Each meter of channel is supplied with 2 mounting clips, 2 screws, and 2 expansion plugs. Cover type depends on the selected Clear or Milky White option.

Installation
1. Measure and Plan
Confirm the required channel length, mounting position, and LED strip width before installation. The LED strip should be no wider than approximately 12mm.
2. Position the Mounting Clips
Mark the mounting positions along the installation surface. The package includes approximately two mounting clips, screws, and expansion plugs for each meter of channel.
3. Secure the Mounting Hardware
Install the mounting clips using the supplied screws and expansion plugs where appropriate for the mounting surface.
4. Install the Aluminum Channel
Press the Silver U02 aluminum profile securely into the mounting clips and confirm that the channel is firmly positioned.
5. Install the LED Strip
Clean the inside surface of the aluminum channel before applying the LED strip. Position the strip evenly along the profile for a clean linear lighting layout.
6. Install the Cover and End Caps
Fit the selected clear or milky white cover onto the channel. Install the closed end cap on one end and use the end cap with the wire opening where the LED strip cable exits the profile.
Installation Note: Confirm the final channel length, LED strip position, cable routing, and mounting surface before completing the installation.
